Simple have a salad a day, with balsamic vinegar & olive oil, mixed greens, herbs, whatever you like, add some walnuts or whatever you prefer, it’s my favorite add in, I even add balsamic vinegar to my pasta, it’s my fAV. Basically, a few tablespoons or more, I could drink it right out of the salad bowl AHA*
